Second week down ...

Weekly Check-In:
Second week in the books! I felt like I wasn't losing much the last two weeks and when I did my official weigh-in I realized I was down 5.2 pounds from my initial weigh-in!  I'll take that!
Things I Loved This Week - 
Motivate doTERRA - It's been a busy week.  Between work, errands, home chores and after-camp activities for my son - we have been going like crazy.  I ordered a couple doTERRA oils from my sister and I really love this one.  It's a nice pick-me-up for when I'm starting to feel tired and just want to put my feet up.  Check out her doTERRA page here.
Walk Away the Pounds - I have been exercising the last few weeks and it's been harder than I realized.  I guess when you don't work out for months on end you get out of shape. ;)   I pulled out my old trusty Walk Away the Pounds DVDs.  These have been great as they are low impact.  A great start to getting back into the swing of things.
Week Successes - 
Exercising! - I have been exercising numerous days of the week on top of my walks at work. 
Tracking.  I tracked all meals - except one.  I had a date night Saturday night and let myself be track free.  However, I call it success still since I was on track and actually tracked my food the rest of the week!
Trying New Recipes.  Sometimes it's easy to stick with the old standbys.  I was brave and tried a few new recipes this week and they were delish!
Recipes to Share - 
Blueberry Cake Donuts - I got a new donut pan last week and couldn't wait to try one of Drizzle Me Skinny's donut recipes.  This recipe was easy and pretty good.  I mean it's no fried glazed donut, but definitely a great healthy option.
Sausage and Tortellini Tomato Soup - This was a recipe I made for my husband and I to take to work for lunches.  Fairly simple recipe and so good.  Definitely try this!
Bubble Up Pizza - My family loves pizza!  Pizza=Life!  This is a great recipe that kids will love and the leftovers are just as yummy!
