It's a BOY!!

Yesterday, along with family and close friends, we celebrated the gender reveal for our little bun-in-the-oven. It was an amazing day and we were blessed to be surrounded by so many loved ones as they shared in our special moment. It was the perfect way of finding out if our little dragon is a boy or a girl!!

If the icing was pink it's a girl, if the icing was blue it's a boy.
The icing was blue so we knew we were having a boy!!
It's our son!!  So happy!!

Everyone has an addiction.  For some people it's as simple as caffiene (I definitely have that addiction too) and for others it's something totally off the wall different.  My biggest addiction - party planning.  Yes, I just said party planning. Final Countdown to Halloween

We are less than a week away from HALLOWEEN!  Do you have your costumes ready and your pumpkins picked out?  The countdown is on for the big trick-or-treat night. Fall Health Focus : Who doesn't love Halloween candy?  Just be mindful of how much you nibble on as the calories in candy can add up quickly.  Halloween does only come once a year so definitely have a few treats. However, if you are watching calories check out this guide to help you figure out your calorie intake.
