Countdown to Halloween
I thought this week we could focus on some Halloween fun to get you in the spirit!
Fall Health Focus: Have a Halloween Dance Party in your living room to burn off some calories. What's not to love about dancing and to Halloween themed songs? Check out the fun songs below that the whole family can dance around to.
Fall for Foodies: The temperatures in our area are definitely falling. It's actually starting to feel like fall. Try this delicious and easy crock pot chicken and stuffing recipe that tastes like an early Thanksgiving dinner. For dessert try this apple swirl coffee cake. We have actually had the coffee cake as breakfast as well. Both recipes are low calorie and Weight Watchers recipes.

Fall Into Nature: While it's probably too early to carve pumpkins and have them last until Halloween, it's still a great time to hit up your local pumpkin patches. Check your local area to see what different pumpkin patches are around. Some pumpkin patches offer a wide range of activities and games, some may offer free admission and others may offer hayrack rides and bonfires at night. See which one best suits you and your family.
Fall Photo Challenge: Take a picture at the pumpkin patch. Perhaps you are picking a pumpkin, going through a corn maze, riding a hayrack ride at dusk or roasting hot dogs and marshmallows on a bonfire.
